Title: French Operations Team Leader

 

Job Description:

  • Manage CSRs and ensure that they’re meeting business requirements
  • Coach the agent on technical and non technical errors
  • Ensure that employees are adhering to the company policy
  • Results oriented, TL should be working on achieving the assigned performance metrics

 

 

Requirements:

  • C1 French Level
  • Salary is 15K Gross
  • Very Good English
  • Good Coaching skills
  • Good Problem Solving.
  • Good Leadership Skills.
  • Good communications and Handling skills.
  • Flexibility in working rotational shifts basis.
  • Preferably 1 year experience in E commerce as team leader .
