Your area of responsibility:
· Customer service in the financial sector
· Polite and tactful resolution of customer inquiries
· Feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Requirements and qualifications:
· Very good knowledge of German (at least B2/C1)
· Good knowledge of English (at least B1)
· Willingness to work shifts
· Good communication skills, empathy and team spirit
· Experience in customer service is a plus – even if you don't have any experience, you don't need to worry, we have a great support team and will show you how it's done!
