Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of information technology systems and equipment.
- Ensure that the technologies being used are functional, up-to-date, and cost-effective.
- Maintain end-user knowledge of current and emerging technological trends, issues, and
solutions. - Assisting with Networking administration tasks.
- Provide technical support for internal/external events such as annual meetings, Board
meetings, training. - Resolving all issues End Users have with their IT systems and software.
- Educating End Users about network security and best practices for computer usage.
- Design and generate reports as requested.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- Support End Users in Azure/O365 Environment.
- Monitor and manage user access to systems using Microsoft’s Intune.
- Utilize Microsoft SharePoint and Teams to develop solutions to optimize business processes.
- Take part in developing an inventory management system to track all company equipment.
- Support the customers using the voice solution which is present in the environment by
troubleshooting the incidents facing them and involve the appropriate team when needed. - Support End Users connecting to WI-FI by managing the WI-FI AP’s and WI-FI Access List.
- Deploy new assets such as computers, printers, and other IT-covered devices.
- Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Available for other special projects with the direction of the Regional Director of IT, senior IT
management.
