Quality of Information Technology Specialist

  1. Conduct regular field measurements and monitor applicable QOS parameters in coordination with the Spectrum Department. 
  2. Conduct testing of fixed services in coordination with the Technical Affairs Department.
  3. Support in reviewing QOS reports submitted by service providers such as the Quality of Service Compliance
  4. Reports and Quality Control Reports.
  5. Support in reviewing the results of QOS mobile services conducted by the Spectrum Department.
  6.  Support in reviewing reports on testing of fixed services.
  7. Support in reviewing QOS data from all CRM applications
  8. Report and escalate non-compliance to the Legal Affairs Unit for required action and enforcement.
  9. Review reports developed by the QoS Analyst.

Key Performance Areas

  1. Conducting fixed services testing and regular field measurements.
  2. Monitoring QOS parameters.
  3. Supporting in reviewing reports submitted by other departments.
  4. Reporting and escalating non-compliance to the Legal Affairs Unit.
  5. Reviewing reports in a timely manner.
