IT Graphics and Creative Manager

Job Summary

IT Graphics and Creative Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all client requests, ensuring that tasks are distributed appropriately and completed efficiently. Reporting to the IT Comms Sr Manager, this role manages the full lifecycle of client-driven projects, from intake through to final delivery. IT Graphics and Creative Manager ensures that resources are allocated effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards across all projects.
In close collaboration with team members from content creation, graphic design, audiovisual production, and media, IT Graphics and Creative Manager leverages their expertise to manage task distribution and delivery. This role also works with the Sr Manager to support broader strategic initiatives, ensuring that both internal and client-driven projects align with overall communication  and brand strategies.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Request Management: Oversee the lifecycle of all client requests, from intake to delivery, ensuring that tasks are efficiently assigned and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration & Resource Allocation: Work closely with content creators, designers, audiovisual specialists, and media team members to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that project resources are used effectively.
  • Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates on project status, addressing feedback, and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Support for Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the IT Comms Sr Manager on broader strategic initiatives, contributing to key internal campaigns and communication efforts beyond client-specific projects.
  • Project Tracking & Management: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, providing guidance to team members where necessary and ensuring alignment with communication strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Facilitate Reviews & Feedback: Lead project review meetings and creative sessions to ensure the team delivers content that meets both client and internal expectations.
  • Efficiency & Optimization: Ensure the efficient use of resources across projects, optimizing team capacity and timelines to maximize output and maintain quality.
  • Completion Rate & Feedback Reporting: Create detailed reports on the completion rates of client requests, gather feedback from clients, and provide insights to the IT Comms Sr Manager to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

     

Competencies & Professional Background

Educational Background

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related 
    field.

Work Experience

  •  3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or IT coordination, preferably in 
    global organization.

 

Special Certifications

  • Additional certifications in communications, project management, or IT would be plus.


Technical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)

  • Proven experience in project coordination, particularly in managing communications or 
    creative projects.
  • A detail-oriented approach to project management, ensuring quality and timely delivery of 
    tasks.
  • Proficiency in project tracking and management, with experience using project management tools or software.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple 
    projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively 
    with both clients and internal teams.
