Job Summary

The HR Specialist I is part of our nationwide HR Specialist I Team and are responsible for the administration and service area at one location. With know-how and structured way of working, the HR Specialist I will take care of the location for HR administrative issues and make a decisive contribution to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Carrying out personnel administration activities within the framework of personnel support (e.g. drafting contracts, contract amendments, certificates and certificates)

Contact person for employees and managers on all relevant issues in personnel support

Follow-up after the recruitment process is done for our new employees (e.g. system maintenance, submission of documents such as personnel questionnaires)

Preparation of data and changes for internal payroll accounting

Registration and certification as well as correspondence with, for example, pension or health insurance companies

Maintenance of (digital) personnel files
Profile
-
Successfully completed vocational training, ideally in the field of human resources, or a comparable training/study

Relevant professional experience within a comparable activity desirable

Basic knowledge of social security, labour and wage tax law is an advantage, but not mandatory

Enjoy performing administrative tasks and working in a team

Organizational talent with a high degree of service orientation, motivation and careful way of working

High trustworthiness and absolute discretion strategic thinking
Main Job Requirements
- Medium Maturity
- advanced english skills ( min.B2 written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of social security, labour and wage tax law is in advantage, but not mandatory
