Graphic Designer – Trust & Safety

Job summary

Teleperformance’s Global Trust & Safety organization is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Trust & Safety team, responsible for creating engaging visual assets that effectively communicate business-driven objectives. This includes leadership reviews, policies, training materials, compliance guidelines, and awareness campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and experience designing for corporate, technology, or compliance-driven environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can transform complex concepts into visually compelling and impactful designs.

Main responsibilities

  • Design Visual Assets: Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and presentations for Trust & Safety training programs, reports, and internal/external communications.
  • Brand & Compliance: Ensure all designs align with Teleperformance’s brand identity and T&S compliance guidelines.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop engaging visual content to simplify complex safety and compliance topics for different stakeholders, including employees, clients, and global teams.
  • Marketing & Awareness: Support the creation of marketing materials, social media graphics, and digital assets for Trust & Safety awareness campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, operations, policy, training, quality and communications teams to translate Trust & Safety strategies into impactful visuals.
  • Motion & UI/UX Design (Preferred): Create motion graphics or UI/UX elements for digital platforms (if applicable).
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and MS Office Suites (PowerPoint, Words etc) for professional design execution.

Competencies & professional background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate, technology, or Trust & Safety-related environment.
  •  A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, infographics, corporate communication, and digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Words and PowerPoint. Motion graphics/Video creation and editing experience are plus.
  • Ability to think creatively and produce visually compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  •  Strong ability to translate complex policies into simple, engaging, and compliant visuals.
  •  Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with global teams.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
