Job summary
Teleperformance is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to lead the development of a Data Entry Platform and oversee Power BI management for data visualization and reporting. This role is critical in enabling efficient data collection, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights through dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, database management, and automation to optimize data workflows.
Main responsibilities
- Ideate, design, and implement a centralized Data Entry Platform to streamline data collection and validation
- Develop and maintain scalable, automated reporting metrics and dashboards that track progress against key operational performance goals and initiatives.
- Develop automated workflows for data input, reducing manual errors and improving efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, validation processes, and governance standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate the platform with existing databases and tools
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track key business and operational metrics.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Create and maintain data documentation both for an internal and external audience.
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders and leadership based on insights from business intelligence reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Work closely with IT, Business Leadership, Product and Project Leads, and Operations teams to enhance data utilization.
- Train stakeholders on Power BI best practices and self-service analytics.
Competencies & professional background
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Expertise in Power BI (including Power Query, dashboard development, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience in designing and managing data entry systems or platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data integration best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
- Previous experience in Trust & Safety, digital content, or compliance-focused environments.
