Job Description:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for both internal and external visitors wishing to contact the RDI Council and Secretariat, ensuring only those with genuine and acceptable reasons are admitted.

Guide delegates and visitors, provide safety briefings, and arrange for the issuance of security passes.

Manage administrative and routine office duties, including maintaining the Secretary General’s appointment calendar and schedule.

Make travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements to ensure effective use of time and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Handle accommodation and visa requests for managers and guests and arrange transportation and access permits as needed.

Screen incoming mail and telephone calls; respond to inquiries and route communications appropriately.

Maintain an efficient filing and record management system to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility.

Prepare written communications including reports, memos, correspondence, presentations, graphs, packets, and other documents in both Arabic and English.

Compile statistics as required or requested.

Operate and oversee basic office equipment, coordinating installation, maintenance, and repairs as necessary.

Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events, including coordinating venues, attendees, agendas, and logistical needs.

Take, prepare, file, and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items and matters arising from meetings.
Qualification:
- Must have a B.A. in Business Administration or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
