Job Description:

Support the development and follow-up of policies and procedures for scientific research programs under the direction of the program leadership.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards through regular screening and monitoring of program activities.

Plan, implement, and manage all logistics related to scheduled engagements, events, and activities for scientific programs.

Organize and coordinate all aspects of events and meetings related to scientific research initiatives.

Prepare and monitor a centralized calendar for all scientific research program activities.

Keep program managers informed about the progress of projects, including timelines, documentation requirements, and operational challenges, through regular updates and communications.

Assist the scientific programs team with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing information flow, preparing materials, processing sensitive documents, maintaining databases, and proofreading content.

Work with electronic document management systems, including data entry and maintaining accurate electronic records and files.

Edit and validate data in spreadsheets, databases, and required reports to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate the distribution and collection of internal surveys to gather feedback and insights, and present results to management.

Maintain staff calendars, arrange travel, and prepare expense reimbursement requests.

Plan and coordinate meetings and conferences for both on-site and off-site teams, handling logistics and communications.
Qualification:
- Must have a B.A. in Business Administration or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
