Job Description:

Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external visitors; verify and admit only those with valid and approved reasons.

Welcome, guide, and brief visitors and delegates; arrange safety orientations and issue security passes.

Manage calendars and schedules for senior leadership and committees to support effective time management and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Arrange travel, accommodation, visa processing, and transportation for managers and guests; coordinate access permits as required.

Screen incoming mail and calls; respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

Maintain an organized and confidential filing and record-keeping system to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity.

Prepare professional written materials such as reports, memos, letters, presentations, graphs, and statistical summaries in both Arabic and English.

Ensure the office environment is well-organized, efficient, and professionally maintained.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold strict confidentiality at all times.

Operate and monitor basic office equipment; coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair services when needed.

Organize and support the logistics of meetings, conferences, and events, including venue arrangements, agendas, materials, and attendance coordination.

Take accurate meeting minutes, manage documentation, and follow up on action items and decisions.

Provide general administrative and presentation support to the program leadership and team members as needed.
Qualification:
- B.A. in business administration or related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
