Job Description:

Support the orchestral operations team in coordinating logistical tasks for rehearsals, performances, and tours.

Assist the Orchestra Manager and Stage Manager with event planning and on-site arrangements.

Prepare and organize necessary materials and resources required for concerts.

Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations related to orchestra events.

Collaborate effectively with various departments to support seamless event delivery.

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all operational tasks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in event coordination, production, or a similar operational support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
