Business Assistant

Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day business operations through administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage internal and external communication on behalf of the team or management.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.

  • Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs.

  • Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks and assignments.

  • Monitor office supplies and handle basic procurement or logistical requests.

  • Ensure professional handling of sensitive and confidential information.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative or business support roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
