Job Description:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Process and oversee Purchase Orders (PO) related to travel services and vendors.

Manage Work Completion Certificates (WCC) to verify completion of travel services and supplier deliverables.

Liaise with travel agencies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel activities and related documentation.

Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and procedures.

Assist with travel expense tracking and reporting as needed.

Resolve any travel-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0-2 years of experience in related field.

Prior experience in travel coordination or related administrative roles.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with purchase order processing and vendor management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management systems is a plus.
