Job Description:

Implement policies and procedures approved by management in coordination with the Senior Dietician and Head of the Care Program.

Coordinate with the Care Programs Unit to implement nutritional programs for both diabetes prevention and care (including in-house and community programs).

Conduct orientation or educate diabetic clients on regulated diets when necessary.

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure they correctly follow their scheduled diets.

Maintain updated records of all clients’ diet/nutritional programs.

Provide nutritional advice and assistance to existing and at-risk clients for both diabetes prevention and care.

Develop and monitor weight control programs for clients, ensuring adherence to schedules.

Refer clients to Gym Trainers when weight control is required.

Plan, organize, coordinate, or conduct diabetes training programs for less complex diabetic cases.

Assist in conducting community studies/surveys to collect data for health workshops, fairs, and events.

Assist in conducting health and diabetic education programs for schools, health centers, and other community facilities, with a focus on diet.

Manage less severe cases independently and refer complex cases to the Senior Dietician for further assistance.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition (or a related field).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of nutritional needs for diabetic and at-risk clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and implement dietary programs effectively.
