Job Description:

Serve as the main contact for all operations and maintenance coordination on the site, ensuring effective follow-up with relevant departments, custodial teams, building occupants, and suppliers.

Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.

Manage day-to-day building operations, including annual inspections, preventive maintenance of gym equipment, incident reporting as per HSE procedures, and participation in emergency preparedness planning.

Approve CAFM requests, raise PTWs when necessary, and support event organization.

Actively promote and sell memberships, daily passes, hourly passes, personal training, and other membership programs planned by management.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current members, addressing their questions and concerns regarding membership benefits.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Ensure booking and payment processes via the designated app are correctly followed, assist users with payments, and enforce a no-cash policy.

Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly bookings and sales activities, including calls, meetings, and membership sales through the app.

Collaborate with other departments and external organizations to coordinate joint programs and events.

Coordinate schedules of Facility Assistants and lifeguards; ensure high-quality customer service and resolve issues or complaints.

Provide event support for all sports programming events.

Manage storage and disposal of gym and event equipment, ensuring proper handling of outdated or worn-out items.

Organize, control, liaise with vendors and suppliers, and communicate all facility-related activities effectively.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree.
-
Up to 5 years of supervisory experience.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
-
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
-
Proven problem-solving skills.
