Job Description:

Support the implementation of activations by coordinating all logistics, scheduling, and team resources.

Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all activation elements are properly aligned and executed.

Resolve any on-site issues promptly to maintain smooth event or activation flow.

Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the activation process.

Ensure seamless delivery of activations by proactively managing resources and anticipating potential challenges.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in event coordination, activation support, or a related field.
