Job Description:

Organize and manage public and private tours, including visitor registration and booking coordination.

Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of events, exhibitions, and collaborations.

Assist with project documentation, drafting scopes of work, facility use agreements, and preparing post-event reports.

Maintain digital archives, track inventory, monitor artwork conditions, manage agreements and renewals, and coordinate insurance needs.

Oversee exhibitions, ensure venue readiness, provide technical support to artists and curators, and review cleaning and permit documentation.

Supervise volunteers and student workers during events and exhibitions.

Maintain updated event calendars, submit weekly reports, and manage relevant social media accounts.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a related role.
