Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of the gift shop to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing shrinkage.

Supervise, train, and support staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.

Implement and maintain effective merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and boost sales.

Ensure an engaging and welcoming shopping environment aligned with the organization’s mission.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the visitor experience and build customer loyalty.

Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on revenue, trends, and operational efficiency.

Handle administrative tasks such as cash management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
