Job Title: Sales Coach – Sunrise
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coach to support and develop sales agents on a telecom project. The Sales Coach will focus on improving sales performance, conversion rates, and compliance through coaching, feedback, and targeted training.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor sales agents through call listening, side-by-side sessions, and performance reviews

Identify skill gaps and deliver focused coaching to improve sales KPIs

Support agents in objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques

Collaborate with QA, Team Leaders, and Operations to drive performance improvement

Track coaching progress and document action plans

Ensure adherence to telecom regulations, scripts, and compliance standards
Requirements:

Previous experience as a sales representative

Strong knowledge of outbound/inbound telecom sales

Excellent communication, feedback, and motivational skills
-
Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Fluency in the German Language
- Nps and sales in target for the last 3 months
