Job Title: Sales Coach – Sunrise

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coach to support and develop sales agents on a telecom project. The Sales Coach will focus on improving sales performance, conversion rates, and compliance through coaching, feedback, and targeted training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor sales agents through call listening, side-by-side sessions, and performance reviews

  • Identify skill gaps and deliver focused coaching to improve sales KPIs

  • Support agents in objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques

  • Collaborate with QA, Team Leaders, and Operations to drive performance improvement

  • Track coaching progress and document action plans

  • Ensure adherence to telecom regulations, scripts, and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a sales representative

  • Strong knowledge of outbound/inbound telecom sales

  • Excellent communication, feedback, and motivational skills

  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

  • Fluency in the German Language

  • Nps and sales in target for the last 3 months
