Italian-Speaking Coffee & Food Expert for Nestlé - Join us in Bosnia and Herzegovina!

TP B&H is looking for Customer Support Agents with fluent knowledge of Italian to support a premium client within the Nestlé Group. As the primary point of contact - and a certified Coffee Specialist - you will assist our premium Swiss client in the food and beverage industry, providing high-quality support for various customer inquiries. 

The Position 

  • Description: Customer Service Expert

  • Shifts: Work is generally organized in shifts with 2 days off per week
  • Shift Planning: Schedules are published 2 weeks in advance
  • Work Location: Home Office
  • Work Equipment: TP owned, shipped to your home
  • Important Note: A permanent residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a strict requirement for home office employment.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Customer Support: Supporting and advising customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Information Provision: Providing detailed information about products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Processing inquiries and cases to ensure clear and successful resolution.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent and premium service.

Your Profile:

  • Language Skills: Italian proficiency at C2 level; English skills at a C1 level are an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment.
  • Teamwork: Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.Technical Skills: Good computer literacy.
  • Home Office Setup: A stable internet connection for remote work—minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds (antenna routers and 5G routers are strictly prohibited).

  • Permanent Contract: Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Immediate Security: Full-time contract effective from day one of training.
  • Paid Training: Comprehensive 4-week onboarding at our Sarajevo office (accommodation, transport, and all training expenses fully covered by TP B&H).

  • Extra Pay: Additional compensation for working on public holidays or voluntary overtime.
  • Operating Hours: Monday - Saturday from 08:00 to 19:00 (your full-time shift will be scheduled within this timeframe).
